Many people may worry if it is cervical spondylosis when they have neck pain.
Excessive worry is not necessary, as most neck pain will have obvious predisposing factors such as prolonged time in one position, history of neck trauma, previous exposure to cold and wet environments, and a cumulative strain injury to the neck.
Taking a step back, even if there is a history of the above, it is not 100% likely to develop into cervical spondylosis and when a combination of these factors is present along with chronic neck pain and discomfort, an examination is recommended to rule it out.
