Babies who are always spitting up can take the following measures: 1. Raise your upper body slightly and try to hold your baby at 45° for feeding. If you are lying down, put a towel under your baby’s head about 2cm high and keep your upper body in a slightly elevated position, so that the milk in your baby’s stomach can easily flow into the small intestine. 2. Avoid crying or getting too excited before feeding, as babies who cry or get too excited tend to inhale more air. 3. Pat your baby’s back until you finish burping. After feeding, put the baby upright, lying on the adult’s shoulders, and pat the baby’s back gently from the bottom up with your palm, and then put the flat on the bed after the baby has burped a few times. 4. Don’t over-eat, don’t let the baby eat too much, and don’t be too dense. The baby’s stomach is in a horizontal position, so don’t turn the baby too soon after feeding. If the baby turns over on its own, the mother should let the baby’s face turn sideways, so as to avoid vomiting after the milk enters the trachea or flows into the ears.
