Since the most important part of broken finger replantation is surgical anastomosis of blood vessels, and the anastomosed blood vessels are stimulated by pain, cold, nicotine, and change of body position, vascular spasm and embolism may easily occur, resulting in necrosis of the replanted finger body. Therefore, the postoperative period is different from the conventional fracture surgery, and the main attention should be paid to the following aspects 1. Postoperative period is generally bed rest for 7-10 days, and keep the affected limb properly elevated; 2. Postoperative period should be generally kept warm, and the bedside baking lamp should be kept warm to maintain the room temperature at 20-25 degrees; 3. Postoperative ward should not be smoked, and patients should never smoke; 4. Postoperative period should maintain a positive attitude, avoid excessive tension and anxiety, and actively cooperate with the treatment; 5. After surgery, it is better to eat light, easy to digest and nutritious food, and avoid spicy and stimulating food; 6. Regularly observe the blood flow of the replanted finger, discover the abnormality in time, and carry out symptomatic treatment, and if necessary, operate again to explore.
