One-week umbilical cord winding cannot be corrected artificially, and its occurrence is mostly related to long umbilical cord, small fetus, excessive amniotic fluid and frequent fetal movement. The effect of cord winding on the fetus is related to the tightness of the cord, the number of weeks of winding and the length of the cord. If the number of weeks of winding is too tight, it will lead to obstruction of fetal blood circulation and fetal oxygen deprivation. However, clinically, the chance of the cord wrapping around the neck for one week is high, and most of the fetuses will return to normal on their own, so pregnant women do not need to panic. 2, during normal rest or sleep at night, we should adopt the left-sided position and put two pillows under the thighs to increase the blood flow of the uteroplacenta; 3, in late pregnancy when the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck, we should be alert to the fetal intrauterine hypoxia, we should strengthen the monitoring during the delivery process, once the fetal distress should be dealt with in a timely manner; 4, the umbilical cord rapture can affect the delivery to a certain extent, such as making the umbilical cord relatively short, affecting the fetal dewlap into the pelvis, causing prolongation or stagnation of the labor process. In this case, the delivery method should be chosen according to the doctor’s advice.
