How many days do false contractions usually last before the second child is born?

If the second child is full term, the pseudo contractions usually last 1-2 days before they enter labor and a real contraction occurs to deliver the fetus. Most pregnant women are prone to pseudocontractions in the late stages of pregnancy due to the gradual downward movement of the fetal position pressing on the lower part of the uterus, or if the pregnant woman stands for a long time and maintains a position that affects the blood supply to the uterus. In full-term pregnancies, pseudocontractions usually occur about 1 week before delivery for the first child and 1-2 days before delivery for the second child. Therefore, pseudocontractions with vaginal redness in a full-term second child are usually a sign of labor, and often indicate that labor will begin in about 1-2 days with true contractions and delivery of the fetus. It is not necessary for the pregnant woman to be overly nervous after the occurrence of false contractions, but to maintain a good state of mind and relaxation to facilitate the progress of labor.
