Eight methods of facial beauty tui-na

Step 1: Massage the nose and ears with the fingers of both hands in a wide range of back and forth between the nose and ears to relax the cheeks, then from the left or right eyebrow, put four fingers together and massage upwards to the other side of the forehead and downwards to the temples, repeat several times to soothe the forehead, then massage with both hands in the direction of the temples from the forehead in a circular motion. Step 2: Use the same gesture from the nose up to the temples, then draw circles from the chin to the cheeks, and finally wrap your palms around the entire chin, sliding back and forth to the root of the ears with light pressure. Step 3: Use your thumb and index finger to pinch up the facial skin, creating a rhythm between pinching and loosening, with light and even strength. Step 4: Starting at the upper brow bone, use the fingertips to bounce around the eye area from the inside out in a piano-playing manner, ending with a light pressure on the temples to accelerate the detoxifying effect on the eyes. Step 5: finger belly from the inside out, from the bottom up spiral or circular massage action on the face or forehead. Step 6: finger belly press, pressure, point, rub facial points. Step seven: repeat the first step of the operation. Step 8: repeat the second part of the operation. Facial massage requires a stable approach, accurate parts, a sense of rhythm, flexible, light, rigid, soft, moderate strength, fast and orderly.
