To investigate the clinical significance of the hyperalgesic effect of amytalin in liposuction patients. Methods Forty patients undergoing liposuction were randomly divided into two groups, who were given oral tylenol or calcium gluconate before surgery and underwent negative pressure liposuction under local anesthesia. Results The VAS scores of the test group (Taylanin group) were lower than those of the control group (calcium gluconate group) at the beginning and end of surgery, P0.05). Conclusion Preoperative oral tylenol significantly reduced intraoperative and postoperative pain in surgical patients and had a good over-the-top analgesic effect. Therefore, when Taylanin is used in liposuction patients, it can make significantly reduce the surgical pain and fear, and improve the patient’s satisfaction with the surgical result. Liposuction patients, due to the fear of pain during surgery and the lack of understanding of the surgical process, make patients have a sense of fear of liposuction surgery on the one hand, and on the other hand, the evaluation of the surgical effect may also produce some deviation. Teleranine has superb analgesic effects and few adverse reactions in clinical practice, and is currently a representative drug widely used for moderate to severe pain at home and abroad. In this study, we observed the super-preemptive analgesic effect of oral Taylanin in patients with liposuction surgery before surgery, and explored the role of super-preemptive analgesia in cosmetic surgery.
