Some corneal leukoplakia eyes with no visual function seriously affect the appearance of the patient, and also bring a lot of psychological burden and obstacles. These patients have poor corneal transplantation results, high costs, inconvenience of wearing cosmetic lenses, and complications such as infection. We have adopted a modified interlayer staining method with good results.
