Semen test sperm collection precautions: 1. Generally, most sperm is collected by masturbation; 2. 2-7 days of abstinence before semen specimen collection; 3. If multiple sperm collections are needed, the number of days of abstinence should be as consistent as possible; 4. Semen specimen collection should be complete. If the semen specimen is incomplete, please take the initiative to inform the laboratory staff of the missing part of the semen specimen, especially the initial part of the semen with the highest sperm concentration; 5. Semen analysis is affected by a variety of factors and a clinical diagnosis cannot be made based on a single semen result. The 2nd-3rd analysis should be performed at an interval of 1-2 weeks. If there is a significant difference between the two results, the analysis should be performed again; 6. The temperature should be kept at 25-37 degrees Celsius; 7. If it is difficult to take sperm, special condoms can be used to take sperm from the same room. Ordinary commercially available condoms containing spermicide cannot be used; 8.
