Five frequent atrial premature beats and three single ventricular premature beats, how to treat them

If you have 5 atrial premature beats and 3 ventricular premature beats in 24 hours, you do not need treatment if you have no symptoms. Frequent premature beats with obvious symptoms or organic diseases need treatment, such as the use of drugs such as propranolol.
1. No organic disease: If the patient has no obvious symptoms or mild symptoms, generally do not need treatment.
If the patient has obvious symptoms, antiarrhythmic drugs can be used, such as beta-blockers, non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers, representative drugs include propranolol, diltiazem and so on.
2. With organic disease: If suffering from cardiac insufficiency, cardiotonic, diuretic, vasodilator and other representative drugs can be given, including torasemide, furosemide, digoxin, isosorbide nitrate and so on.
If there are more than 5 premature beats per minute, use antiarrhythmic drugs such as propranolol, propafenone, amiodarone, etc. as prescribed by the doctor.
If there are frequent premature beats or accompanied by obvious symptoms, you should go to the cardiology department in a timely manner and be treated under the guidance of a physician.
