What is a paramour? When a fetus is in its mother’s womb, it originally has two rows of breasts, 6-8 pairs, just like other mammals. At birth, most of these breasts are lost, leaving only one pair of breasts. The breasts that do not degenerate are called parametrium. Since it is a residual breast, it can be complete or incomplete. For example, they may only have nipples, or they may have the appearance of a breast but lack nipples, most commonly under the armpit. There are three periods in which the parametrium is often found: 1. before puberty, when the normal breast is developing and the parametrium is growing at the same time, and this is when it is found by yourself or your mother; 2. during pregnancy and breastfeeding; 3. around age 40, especially when you gain weight and loose skin, you will find a pile in your armpit and seek medical attention. Do I have to have my side breast removed? Of course not, there are several reasons why they can be removed. If you feel uncomfortable and unattractive because of the size of the parametrium, you can have it removed surgically; 2. If you find lumps, inflammation or pain in the parametrium, you can choose to have it removed surgically; 3. Of course, some women can ask for removal because they are worried and afraid.
