What is the IVF process?

1. On the 2nd to 5th day of the woman’s menstrual cycle, both husband and wife should bring all their ID cards, marriage certificates and family planning certificates to our department for examination on an empty stomach. At this time, the examination is: blood sampling, hormone check, ultrasound. (The menstrual cycle is counted from the day the menstruation comes red). 2.After the menstruation is clean and the result of the first step is not abnormal, the woman will check chlamydia, mycoplasma, cervical scraping and all the tests that the experts ask you to do. 3. On the 21st-23rd day of the menstrual cycle, you will start to enter IVF-ET (in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer) treatment, applying GnRHa (down-regulation injection), and establish a medical record. 4. On the 25th-28th day of the menstrual cycle, ultrasound was repeated to rule out cysts. 5. On the 2nd-10th day of the 2nd menstrual cycle, check the ultrasound and start applying ovulation stimulant (take-home use). 6.Recheck the ultrasound regularly, once 4 days after the medication, and then once every 1-3 days. 7, when the follicle develops to 18-20mm or more, HCG injection will be given in the evening, and the woman will retrieve the eggs and the man will retrieve the sperm 34-36 hours after the medication is given. 8.3 days after egg retrieval is the day of embryo transfer. 9. On the 14th day after the transfer, urine HCG and β-HCG will be checked to determine whether there is pregnancy.
