Please note the following points before bringing your child to the clinic: 1. If your child has wheezed in the past, please try to recall in detail when your child first wheezed, whether it was seasonal, triggering factors (infection, diet, odor, stuffed animal, exercise, etc.), how many episodes per year, and whether he/she was treated with nebulizer or hospitalized for wheezing. 2. Whether parents, grandparents, grandparents have a history of asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, eczema and other allergic manifestations. 3. Has the child been and is the child being treated with long-term medication, such as inhaled hormones, montelukast sodium (sulforaphane), anti-allergy drugs, etc.? How long has he been using them and how effective are they? 4. For children with chronic cough, ask the parents to recall whether the cough is caused by respiratory tract infection; what is the pattern of coughing episodes (e.g. morning, afternoon, bedtime, early morning, after activity, after crying, etc.); whether there is sputum and what is the color of the sputum. 5.Is there a combination of runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, nose rubbing, eye rubbing, nosebleeds, snoring, etc.? 6.How is the child eating, is the stool dry, is the child sweating a lot. Also, please bring your child’s previous test results (such as allergen tests, pulmonary function tests, blood tests, etc.) to the doctor when you see him/her. If possible, bring your child to the doctor in person so that he or she can be treated in a targeted manner.
