Fruits: apples, bananas, watermelon, etc. Avoid: spicy and stimulating foods such as onion, ginger, garlic, etc.; mutton, dog meat, etc. for meat; shrimp, crab, turtle, etc. for aquatic products; lychee, citrus, cinnamon, etc. for fruits, which will be detrimental to wound recovery after eating. Diet for surgical patients: semi-liquid food, such as thin rice, soup noodles, etc., can be eaten on the day after surgery, and ordinary diet from the third day after surgery. It is advisable to be light and easy to digest, avoid spicy and stimulating food, and eat more fruits and vegetables and coarse fiber food.
