Hemorrhoids are a common and frequent disease, mainly characterized by bleeding, prolapse, pain and itching. The modern concept of hemorrhoids is that they are pathological hypertrophy of the anal cushion due to impaired regulation of the arteriovenous anastomosis within the anal cushion. The nature of hemorrhoids determines that they are a vascular disease. After discharge, the patient should pay attention to the following issues: 1, pay attention to the diet, do not stay up late to work, avoid smoking, alcohol, and less spicy and stimulating food within one month of discharge. 2, eat more vegetables and fruits, drink more water, keep the stool smooth, prevent constipation or diarrhea, do not squat for a long time when defecating, struggle. More exercise to improve the strength of the chest, abdominal and septal muscles, often massage the abdomen, develop good bowel habits, we advocate natural defecation, and does not require a daily stool, according to the actual situation of individuals, randomly at any time to defecate, do not wait or tolerate, but the daily stool should be controlled at 1-2 times. 3.Keep the anus clean and hygienic, and use Chinese medicine (our homemade Huang’s Hemorrhoid Washing San) or water to clean the anus after a month of discharge to reduce the pollution of fecal residue, reduce the chance of local infection, and effectively prevent the recurrence of hemorrhoids. 4, after discharge from the hospital if there is again blood in the stool, do not be nervous. Because surgical treatment of hemorrhoids is like a plumber repairing a faucet without turning off the sluice gate, plumbing leaks are inevitable. Bleeding of varying degrees after hemorrhoid surgery is also unavoidable. A small amount of occasional bleeding may not need to be treated; a small amount of continuous bleeding can be treated symptomatically, such as our Huang’s compound hemorrhoid pain suppositories or Tai Ning suppositories.
