Do not mistake circumcision for circumcision

  Occult penis is a common congenital developmental abnormality and deformity, also known as buried penis. When the child grows and the subcutaneous fat decreases, the penis can be revealed. If the foreskin cannot be turned up to reveal the head of the penis, then a phalloplasty will be done.  3.Differential diagnosis Mainly need to distinguish from small penis, penile dysplasia and prepuce.  4.Treatment Surgery is the only effective treatment method at present. The purpose of surgery is to enlarge the foreskin opening and expose the head of the penis. Care should be taken not to do simple circumcision. There are many surgical procedures to correct occult penis there is no one specific technique for all patients, and treatment often uses a combination of several techniques.
