Prevention of redness

The body’s sympathetic nerves are excited and the secretion of catecholamines such as norepinephrine increases, which causes the heart to beat faster and capillaries to dilate, which is manifested as blushing. There are also manifestations of some diseases, such as: menopausal blushing, histaminic blushing, carcinoid blushing, and blushing caused by other diseases. First of all, you should take a natural attitude towards blushing, allow it to appear and exist, do not resist, inhibit or cover it up, do not be anxious and distressed about having blushing, thus eliminating the tension and worry about blushing and interrupting the vicious circle caused by it. The next step is to train in self-confidence. Most people who blush easily in front of people lack confidence in themselves and have a sense of inferiority, thus strengthening the cultivation of self-confidence and overcoming the sense of inferiority can play a role in the bottom of the barrel. The pathological ones should be treated for the cause.
