2, the appearance of follicular black spots on the edge or in the center of the white spots, since the size of pinhead-colored corn or green bean, gradually becoming larger and larger.

3. jagged or wavy white spot edges, irregularly contracting inward.

4, uniform pigmentation appears from the edge inward and extends to the center.

All of the above indicate improvement and need to adhere to continue treatment.

The way to distinguish progressive stage and stable stage vitiligo?

The actual fact is that you will be able to see whether the white spot continues to expand and whether there is pigmentation at the edge of the white spot. If you’ve got a lot of people, you’ll be able to get a lot of people who are not in a position to get a lot of people. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things.

Are all vitiligo the same? What are the types?

1, two types: common type and segmented type

The common type: divided into limited, sporadic, generalized and limbic.

1, confined: single or clustered white spots, varying in size, confined to a certain area.

2, sporadic: scattered multiple white spots with a total area not exceeding 50% of the body surface area.

3, generalized: white spots exceeding 50% of the total body surface area, mostly developed from long-standing diseases, i.e. often from limited and disseminated types.

4, extremity: the initial white spots are mainly distributed in the hands, feet, fingers and toes, head and face, etc.

2.Two types: complete white spots and incomplete white spots

1, complete white spots: pure white or porcelain white, the white spot area melanin disappeared, no pigment regeneration phenomenon.

2, incomplete white spots: melanocyte reduction in the white spot area, because there are still some melanocytes present, the white spot area can be melanin spots.

3.Two phases: progressive phase and stable phase

1, the progressive phase: the development of white spots increased, the boundary is blurred, the skin migratory expansion.

2, stable phase: the white spots stop developing, the boundary is clear, and there is melanin deepening at the edge of the white spots.

4.Type II: common type and segmental type

Segmental type: the white spots are distributed along the skin area of a certain dermal nerve segment, generally unilateral.
