Does back pain in a patient with lung cancer necessarily mean bone metastases from lung cancer?

Not necessarily. Back pain in lung cancer patients may not necessarily be caused by metastasis. It may be related to lumbar strain or lumbar disc herniation and other diseases, and needs to be differentiated by imaging and bone metastasis of lung cancer.
