How to cure chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is an acute inflammatory disease of the pelvis that is not cured, resulting in extensive adhesions, hyperplasia and scar formation after tissue destruction. Clinically, its treatment requires different treatment options according to different conditions, but it can rarely achieve a curative effect, and most of them can only be treated symptomatically, and symptoms often recur, causing great distress to women. For patients with infertility, minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and antibiotic treatment can be given to reduce the incidence of infertility or ectopic pregnancy; for tubal obstruction, tubal recanalization; for tubal atresia and hydrocele, tubal windowing + cystoplasty; if necessary, assisted reproduction techniques to help conception, such as IVF-ET (in vitro fertilization); for chronic pelvic pain, there is no effective treatment yet. If there is no effective treatment for chronic pelvic pain, symptomatic treatment should be given, such as rest, warmth to prevent cold, and local hot compresses on the lumbosacral area, or a combination of traditional Chinese medicine, blood circulation and detoxification drugs, and physical therapy. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease not timely and thoroughly treated, to this stage the treatment for it is very limited, and the treatment effect is not good, we should focus on the prevention and treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, reduce the occurrence of pelvic inflammatory disease and sequelae.
