What is the pathway to diagnosis and treatment of intractable vertigo?

After a vertigo attack, in addition to the nausea and vomiting of vagal excitement, it is often accompanied by whining in the ears and an unstable gait! Here, gastrointestinal discomfort, sleep quality problems and anxiety often lead to a negative state of mind! Therefore, a rational treatment path is the key to solve the problem! Vertigo is an illusion of movement of the self in three dimensions and needs to be differentiated from dizziness, syncope, twitching, anxiety, etc.! The anatomy directly related to vertigo is the vestibular nerve! Indirectly, it is related to the eye, to the nerve, to the deep senses, to the brainstem, to the cerebellum, to the eye, to the cortex! Therefore, the analysis of vertigo needs to be done in layers and in stages!
