Pancreatitis. What about drainage?

Drainage of pancreatitis includes bile duct drainage, peripancreatic drainage, and clear drainage. 1. Biliary drainage: For patients with pancreatitis caused by biliary obstruction, ultrasound-guided cholecystocentesis and percutaneous hepatic choledochotomy can be used to drain the bile ducts. If the patient can tolerate the surgery after evaluation, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography can be performed, and a biliary stent can be put in to perform biliary internal drainage. 2. Peripancreatic pancreas: After pancreatitis, because of peripheral oozing or pancreatic fluid outflow, ultrasound-guided puncture can be performed to drain the peripancreas. 3. Clear drainage: If the pancreatitis is hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis, clear drainage is needed. Pancreatitis itself is a relatively critical disease, each patient’s condition is different, there will be some differences in the treatment, but timely acceptance of the regular treatment, in order to make the condition can be effectively controlled.
