You don’t need treatment if you have been infected with hepatitis B and now have antibodies. Hepatitis B surface antibodies are protective antibodies to prevent infection with hepatitis B. Therefore, as long as the hepatitis B surface antibodies are positive, you will not be infected with hepatitis B again, so you do not need to worry too much. If the antibody titer is less than 100 IU/ml, you need to get a booster shot, because the protective power is positively correlated with the antibody titer. If the surface antibody of hepatitis B is positive and the core antibody of hepatitis B is positive, such patients indicate that they have been infected with hepatitis B and are currently in the recovery period. Such people do not need to worry too much, nor do they need special treatment, but usually an annual check-up is sufficient.
