Pain in the lower back and abdomen occurs more often in female patients, most commonly as a result of pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic infection. Patients may have a combination of urinary tract infection and fever, especially with significant painful urination, accompanied by frequent urination, urinary urgency and a distinct burning sensation, and should be treated systematically with anti-infective therapy. Some patients are induced after exertion, or by cold, and should pay attention to prevention in general. There are some patients who suffer from lumbar disc herniation, which is related to chronic strain. Patients may experience lower back pain and lower limb pain, and some patients may experience pain in the lower abdomen or local nerve root compression, and even severe urination or defecation difficulties.
