What are the screening tests for female gonorrhea?

  Functional uterine bleeding, referred to as “gonorrhea”, refers to abnormal bleeding from the uterus caused by non-organic lesions. There are six specific examination methods as follows: 1. Diagnostic scraping. This is used in married women to scrape tissue for pathological examination to clarify the diagnosis.  2. Cervical mucus crystallography. Indicates whether ovulation is occurring.  3.Vaginal exfoliative cell smear. Reflects estrogenic effect in anovulatory type of gonorrhea. In case of luteal insufficiency, it reflects the lack of progesterone action and the lack of typical cell accumulation and folds.  4.Hormone measurement. If ovulatory function and luteal soundness need to be determined, progesterone glycol may be measured.  5.Hysterosalpingography. To find out the uterine cavity lesions and exclude organic lesions.  6.Check the routine blood count, clotting time and platelet count. To understand the degree of anemia and rule out blood disorders.
