Take plenty of rest and avoid strenuous exercise. 2.Fast food and water after 12:00 pm until after egg retrieval. 3.Do not use cosmetics, perfume or nail polish. 4.Please take off jewelry (necklace, ring, earrings, bracelet, watch, etc.), dentures, hairpin, contact lenses. 5.Bathing with water and changing clean underwear for both husband and wife. Instructions for sperm collection: 1. Use the masturbation method to collect semen. 2. Bathe in clean water and change clean underwear the night before sperm collection. Avoid using perfume. 3.Please avoid pubic hair, clothing fibers, etc. falling into the sperm cup. If you find that you cannot take it out yourself, please make sure to inform the staff. 4. Please inform the staff one day in advance if you have any difficulties with sperm retrieval. Precautions after egg retrieval: 1.Go back to the lounge and lie down flat and fast only after assessment by the nurse. 2.After waking up from anesthesia, eat light and easily digestible food (avoid milk, sugar and other gas-producing foods). 3.No driving and mechanical operation within 24 hours after anesthesia. 4.After egg retrieval, turn over gently, move less and avoid strenuous exercise (to prevent ovarian torsion and intra-abdominal bleeding). 5. Do not leave the hospital until you have been informed by the medical staff after egg retrieval. 6. Please come to the hospital if you experience any discomfort such as abdominal pain, stomach pain, vaginal bleeding (bleeding volume greater than menstrual volume) or oliguria (urine volume less than 1000ml in 24 hours). Instructions for transfer: 1. Come to the hospital in the morning of the third day of egg collection for embryo transfer. (In case of special circumstances, we will notify the transfer time before 16:00 pm according to the embryo development). 2. Please bring your hospital deposit slip and medical card on the day of transfer. 3.Please urinate before the transfer and stay in bed for about 2 hours after the transfer, you can eat, drink, turn over and get out of bed to urinate, please do not hold urine to avoid urinary retention and urinary tract infection. 4.After transplantation, sexual life and tub bathing are prohibited. 5, after transplantation, please keep your mood relaxed, only when your mind and body are not strained and tense is conducive to pregnancy. Remember not to be bedridden for a long time, normal non-exertional work and life is allowed. 6.Don’t take medicines, nutrients and supplements at will after transplantation, if necessary, you must ask your doctor. 7.If you have abdominal distension, urine, etc., please follow up during working hours on weekdays, not in other departments or hospitals. 8.Please come to the fertility center on the morning of the 14th day after embryo transfer to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
