Clinical manifestations: 1. axillary parametrial tissue can be found; 2. parametrial nipples can be seen; 3. physiological changes can occur with the menstrual cycle, such as swelling, pain, and lactation in those with parametrial nipples. Differential diagnosis Axillary lymph nodes: Most of the lymph nodes appear as raised margins, with fatty doors and clear borders. The borders may be blurred when the lymph nodes are heavily enlarged or accompanied by inflammation. Treatment options Mostly no treatment is required. If the following cases occur, surgery is required: 1. If the symptoms of swelling and pain are obvious and cannot be relieved by oral medication; 2. If the enlargement is obvious and the image is normal life or workers; 3. If malignancy is suspected; 4. If there are special cosmetic requirements.
