Is “redness” in early pregnancy a preterm miscarriage?

The redness of early pregnancy may not necessarily be a pre-miscarriage, but may also be due to the following reasons: 1, normal pregnancy can also bleed Early pregnancy redness is actually most common in normal pregnancy, not any of the “causes” you are worried about. Imagine, when the fertilized egg is in bed, it has to invade the endometrium, note the “invasive” growth, the implanted endometrium, and then take root there, then it involves the invasion and growth of blood vessels, there will inevitably be bleeding, of course, this bleeding is very small, very often also The other source may be from the dislocation of the mucosa of the cervical canal, the peeling, the rupture of the mucosa, and then there will be redness, and I think most of the visible bleeding belongs to this cause. Why does the mucosa of the cervical canal rupture? Because in the pregnancy is growing in the uterine cavity, mainly the body of the uterus is propped up, while the cervix will not be propped up, at the junction of the cervix and the body of the uterus, the endometrium and the uterine wall will be misaligned, and there may be a little bleeding at this time. This bleeding is very small, sometimes flowing quickly out of the vagina in the form of drops of fresh blood, sometimes present in the cervical canal and only dripping out after a few days in the form of a brown or coffee-colored discharge. This kind of bleeding can appear at the beginning of the 30th or 40th day of pregnancy and can last for a day, two days, a week, two weeks, intermittently, or a little bit every day when wiping the buttocks. In short, no matter what, the amount is very, very little, so little that most majors don’t care, so little that you can not feel anything. But if you are originally a woman who is tangled, or who has had a miscarriage, you may let yourself be troubled. 2, ectopic pregnancy bleeding Ectopic pregnancy is “where did the baby go?” The baby is not in the uterine cavity. In this case, the pregnancy does not get a good blood supply, the pregnancy is stunted, the hormone levels produced do not pay attention to support the thickening endometrium, and endometrial breakthrough bleeding occurs. This type of bleeding is usually characterized by a little more bleeding than in a normal pregnancy. However, please note that the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is definitely not based on such a small amount of bleeding, so do not ask “Am I ectopic?” at every turn. “Am I having an ectopic pregnancy?” “I’m so scared!” “I’m scared!” In fact, there is no need to be afraid, at least you are safe now, at least you know you are pregnant, at least you are not an ignorant girl. 3, bleeding from cervical polyps This may be the reason why many people bleed repeatedly into the middle and late stages of pregnancy. This bleeding characteristics, but also than the normal pregnancy bleeding obvious, the amount of slightly more than a little, may be active activities, and see red, mushrooms scared to death, some people directly lying in bed afraid to move, the results found to be a polyp on the cervix. What do you mean by cervical polyp? The cervical was originally as smooth as the nose, growing a small flesh, like snot hanging on the cervix, is a polyp, usually red, relatively soft, but also easier to bleed. The cervical polyps are more frequent during pregnancy and are benign, some of them are there before pregnancy, they may be small or hidden in the cervical canal and grow up or fall out after pregnancy due to the influence of estrogen, some of them are purely due to hormonal changes during pregnancy and may not be true polyps, many of them may disappear after delivery. Therefore, if it is clear that the bleeding is caused by polyps, do not be nervous, as long as it is not cancer, do not be afraid, and then as long as the bleeding is not too much, do not need to deal with (women have so much blood every month menstruation is fine, bleeding this is nothing.) The actual fact is that the placenta is not underneath when the uterus grows up. 28 weeks later it is called placenta previa. But in either case, as long as there is bleeding and the placenta is covering the cervical opening, it should be taken seriously. However, in any case, the severity of the condition is measured by the amount of bleeding, as long as the bleeding is small, do not make yourself too nervous. And, this cause of bleeding is rare in early pregnancy, even if later diagnosed as placenta praevia, it is generally not considered to be the cause of bleeding in early pregnancy, but more often considered as normal pregnancy bleeding. 5, cervical cancer bleeding Anita Mui and Li Yuan Yuan, both died of cervical cancer. The death of Li Yuan Yuan has sounded an alarm to the whole obstetrics community. Nowadays, cervical cancer screening is routinely recommended before or during early pregnancy, so although this is a serious matter, it is rare on the one hand and can be screened on the other, so it is under control and not to be feared! 6. Pre-eclampsia bleeding Putting pre-eclampsia bleeding, at the end, is deliberate on my part. The reason is that in my system of thinking, I think the diagnosis of “pre-eclampsia” is a nonsense in itself. If a person has had repeated miscarriages in the past, a normal embryo miscarriage, and this time there is bleeding or abdominal pain, there is no doubt that we are looking for a miscarriage. However, for ordinary people, if we make a diagnosis of “miscarriage first” and they don’t miscarry in the end, who knows if this “miscarriage first” is true or not? Maybe the person is not going to miscarry in the first place? Maybe the bleeding was due to a normal pregnancy? If the miscarriage did occur, it means that we have made the right diagnosis of pre-eclampsia, but what is the cause of the miscarriage? Maybe the embryo was not normal in the first place? Maybe the baby should have been miscarried? After all, pregnancy is still a process of natural selection, pregnancy is like a test, pregnancy is trial and error, failing the test should be eliminated. The human reproduction, the need for the “best”, not “barely alive”, not “dying”, is a strong life force, perseverance, “can not be beaten, hammered. The “immortal little strong” that “can’t die, can’t be hammered”.
