What to look for in bacterial vaginitis treatment

For recurrent bacterial vaginitis, treatment starts with vaginal application of an antiseptic such as kunju suppositories for about 5 days, followed by vaginal restorative medication such as tretinoin or povidon suppositories for a week. You should not have sex immediately after the treatment, but let the vaginal defense function recover before starting sex, at least 1-2 weeks after the vaginal medication. It is best to avoid sex during the treatment period. 2. If your partner has a foreskin, it should be removed. 3. Wash your vulva including male genitalia before sex. 4. As long as there are no symptoms, it can be left untreated. Therefore, vaginitis cannot be cured, but only prevented from recurrence. 6. For lotion, vagina should not be rinsed under normal circumstances, only when there is excessive purulent discharge or large amount of bean-like leucorrhea for 2-3 days, otherwise it will easily destroy the defense function of vagina, and vaginitis will not be cured instead.
