What ointment to use for cellulite

For fatty grains you can treat them with topical applications such as retinoic acid cream, salicylic acid ointment, and tunicamycin ointment. The use of ointments is not the best treatment for fatty grains. If applied, salicylic acid ointment can be used, which has a certain exfoliating effect. Fatty grains are usually found around the eyes and appear as small yellowish-white papules, and it is important to pay attention to protection when applying topically around the eyes to avoid contact with the mucous membrane area of the eyes and to reduce the irritation of the skin. Vitamin A acid cream can also be used, but it is highly light-avoidant and should be used at night as much as possible. The current treatment for fatty grains is often done by using a sterile 1ml syringe needle, picking through the epidermis of the cornea, using the needle tip to peel out the hard white contents inside, disinfecting the wound with alcohol, and finally applying an ointment. In daily life, keeping the eyes clean, eating a low-salt, low-fat diet, eating more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoiding spicy and stimulating foods, and getting enough sleep can all help improve the condition. It should be noted that fatty grains are essentially small epidermal cysts in the superficial layer of the skin, which are benign lesions and can be left untreated if you don’t care about them; however, if the “fatty grains” are relatively large, flat and skin-colored or light brown, they should be considered as sweat duct tumors, and the use of treatment methods for fatty grains is not very meaningful, but should generally be treated with ionization or laser. The effect of laser treatment is more ideal.
