Minimally invasive treatment of spinal tuberculosis

Single-port laparoscopic technique for lumbar spine tuberculosis with extraperitoneal access, which does not cause abdominal contamination and results in rapid postoperative recovery. The lesion is cleared in one stage, and the bone graft is fixed internally.      The postoperative imaging examination shows that the lesion is cleared, the bone graft is well positioned and the internal fixation is stable.
