Does it matter if your body is hot but your temperature is normal?

Whether it matters if your body is clearly hot but your body temperature is normal depends on the specific situation and cannot be generalized. If you feel hot, but your body temperature is normal, it is because the body’s thermoregulatory center is functioning and excess heat is being dissipated, increasing heat dissipation and keeping the body temperature within the normal range. Usually, people with a fast metabolism, after exercise, and those who are emotionally excited may have a hot body but a normal body temperature, which is normal. Other diseases such as hyperthyroidism, endocrine disorders, and inflammatory infections at the beginning of the disease may also cause the body to be hot but have a normal temperature. When your body is hot, you should take more rest, pay attention to your diet, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, and drink more water to promote the discharge of metabolic waste from your body.
