Usually, dry cough with fever indicates respiratory tract infection, mostly common cold, influenza, acute bronchitis, acute pharyngitis, and possibly tuberculosis, bronchopneumonia, interstitial pneumonia. The diagnosis should be further clarified by completing relevant examinations, such as routine blood tests, blood inflammation index, and chest CT, and fibrinoscopy should be performed if the disease lasts for a long time and the general treatment is not effective. After the diagnosis is confirmed, further treatment should be carried out.
