If a woman has abnormal leucorrhea, then she should go to a hospital gynecologist for a routine leucorrhea examination and internal examination to confirm the specific cause of the abnormal leucorrhea and then treat it with symptomatic vaginal medication.
Under normal circumstances, a woman’s leucorrhea should be white or colorless, and may look like yogurt like curd leucorrhea, or egg-white like stretched leucorrhea. However, if there is a change in the color of the leucorrhea, a change in the nature of the leucorrhea, or even other unpleasant manifestations such as itching and odor of the vulva, then you should go to the hospital gynecology department to check the routine leucorrhea and also do an internal examination to confirm the specific cause. If it is caused by mycotic vaginitis, there is usually bean-like leucorrhea, vulvar itchiness and odor, and even burning pain in the vulva, which can be treated vaginally with Clotrimazole or Nifurtimox vaginal soft capsule. If the leucorrhea is caused by cervicitis, you can usually consider using pessary or pessary to apply vaginal medication and forbid intercourse during the treatment period.
If there is no abnormality in the leucorrhea routine, and the leucorrhea is simple, you can consider washing the vulva with water or lotion for relief.
