Vitiligo is an acquired skin disease caused by pigment loss due to damage of melanocytes, which is usually considered to be related to genetic, neurological, biochemical, viral infection and autoimmune factors, and new methods are constantly emerging for the treatment of vitiligo. The 308nm excimer light vitiligo treatment system: it is the only SFDA State Food and Drug Administration authoritative certification device in China, is the gold standard for the treatment of vitiligo. 308nm excimer light treatment instrument is an excimer laser with xenon chloride gas as the irradiation source, inducing T-cell apoptosis and promoting the synthesis of pigment, short treatment time, can be more accurate for the diseased skin. Its single 308nm wavelength is considered to be the best wavelength for UV light treatment of vitiligo and psoriasis.
