How many days to use fluticasone propionate cream

Fluticasone Propionate Cream is usually recommended for continuous use for no more than 4 weeks. Fluticasone Propionate Cream is a glucocorticoid cream that, when applied topically, produces highly effective local anti-inflammatory effects and is more effective than most topical glucocorticoid creams. Since its side effects are less than other topical glucocorticoid creams and its effect can reach that of a strong or medium-acting hormone, it is commonly known as a soft hormone in clinical practice. Therefore, it is safe enough to be used on thin skin areas such as skin folds and the face. The side effects are usually controlled within 4 weeks of continuous use. However, the cream is a glucocorticoid drug after all, and long-term topical use can lead to local pigmentation, skin atrophy and other skin problems. Therefore, it is usually recommended that when the symptoms improve after 7-14 days of topical use, the frequency and duration of medication should be reduced, and the correct medication should be used according to medical advice.
