Is it normal to have stomach pains during pregnancy?

Pregnancy tummy ache depends on the specific situation. If the pain is mild, it will be relieved after rest and the fetus is developing normally, there is no need to worry. If the stomach pain is serious and accompanied by vaginal bleeding, you must pay attention to it. In the early stage of pregnancy, due to the gradual enlargement of the uterus, posterior tilting of the uterus, pelvic congestion and stimulation of the bones, the pregnant mother will vaguely feel a pulling pain in the abdomen, which is physiological pain; or vomiting caused by reflux of stomach contents, which stimulates the mucous membrane. If the pain in the stomach is paroxysmal or persistent and cannot be relieved after rest, and there is vaginal bleeding at the same time, it is considered pathological pain and suspected to be pre-eclampsia or ectopic pregnancy, so the mother should go to the hospital in time. During pregnancy, attention should be paid to moderate activity, light diet and balanced nutrition. During the first 1-3 months of pregnancy, which is the period of high incidence of miscarriage, pregnant mothers should avoid exertion and prohibit sexual life. In case of serious abdominal pain, she should be sent to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital in time to avoid delaying her condition.
