Pre-operative preparation for assisted reproductive technology 1. Female side examination items: (1) Blood test: blood routine, blood type, immunology of hepatitis B and C virus, syphilis spirochete antibody (RPR), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody (HIV), coagulation function, liver and kidney function. (2) Mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcal culture of vaginal secretions, exfoliative cell examination. (3) Electrocardiogram, routine urinalysis. If IVF is performed, further tests are required: (4) Endocrine measurement (3rd-5th day of menstruation) (5) Ultrasound examination (day 5-7 of menstruation) (6) Peripheral blood chromosome karyotype examination. (2) Male partner examination items: (1) Blood sampling: blood type, immunology of hepatitis B and C virus, syphilis spirochete antibody (RPR), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody determination (HIV). (2) Semen routine and sperm morphological examination, semen culture for mycoplasma, chlamydia and gonococcus. (3) If IVF is performed, peripheral blood chromosome karyotype examination is required. 3.Prepare the “three certificates”: ID card of both spouses, marriage certificate and certificate of not (can) have children (need to be stamped with the official seal of the family planning department). 4.Sign the “Informed Consent”.
