HPV 16 infection can lead to pregnancy, but before planning pregnancy, colposcopy is recommended to find out whether the cervical epithelium has been lesioned by high-risk HPV infection, if there is no lesion, pregnancy is possible, but if cervical epithelial lesion is found through colposcopy, treatment should be given in time, for example, if there is low grade lesion, physical therapy can be used to achieve cure. In case of high grade cervical epithelial precancerous lesions, cervical cold knife conization can be done to remove the lesioned tissue for the purpose of cure.
