In vitro fertilization preoperative preparation considerations

  1. Please inform the doctor of the detailed medical history of both men and women, and prepare the following information in advance: the condition of the fallopian tubes of the female partner: the condition of the ovaries of the female partner: the condition of the uterus of the female partner: previous treatment history: providing the above information will help the doctor to determine whether you are suitable for IVF treatment. 2. “Please prepare the following documents in advance: ID card of both parties; marriage certificate; proof of prospective fertility; you can start to prepare for the laboratory tests after you are qualified. (4) Male examination items: (1) semen analysis (more than 2 copies of the checklist within a year), autoantibody testing and semen microbiology; (2) routine blood, urine, blood type, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis antibodies; (3) clarify the fertility of the male partner, to exclude organic pathology, routine external genital examination.  (5) Finally, the doctor introduces the treatment process, cost and possible risks and complications to the couple, and signs the informed consent for surgery, the legal letter of identity of the couple, and the informed consent for reduction of multiple pregnancies.
