What are the correct steps for CPR

  CPR indications
CPR is indicated for patients with respiratory and cardiac arrests caused by acute myocardial infarction, stroke, severe trauma, electric shock, drowning, crush injury, trampling injury, poisoning and other causes.
  Overview of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
1.For patients with cardiac arrest, the key to successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation is time.
  2. If proper CPR is started within 4 minutes after cardiac arrest, and advanced life supporters are started within 8 minutes, there is a high hope of survival.
  Key tips
The golden time to save life is 4 minutes, it is very important to carry out effective resuscitation in time at the scene, and every one of us should master CPR techniques.
  CPR operation procedures
Step 1: Determine consciousness. Tap the casualty’s shoulder and shout: “Hey, what’s wrong with you!”
Step 2: Shout for help. “Someone is fainting, call the emergency number” or call the emergency personnel in the arena quickly.
Step 3: Turn the casualty onto his or her back and place him or her on a hard, flat surface.
Step 4: Open the airway. Adult: Open the airway by tilting the head and lifting the chin so that the angle of the jaw is perpendicular to the ground (90°) in line with the earlobe.
  Step 5: Judging breathing.
A look, see whether the chest undulation; two listen, listen to the sound of breathing; three feel, feel whether the exhaled airflow against the face
Key tips: the time to judge breathing can not be less than 5-10 seconds
  Step six: mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration
The ambulanceman will be placed on the forehead of the hand of the thumb, forefinger pinch the nose of the patient, take a breath, with lips wrapped tightly around the lips of the patient’s mouth, slowly and continuously blow the gas into. Blowing time is more than 1 second. Blowing volume of 700-1100 ml (when blowing, the patient’s chest rumbles can be, to avoid hyperventilation), blowing frequency of 12 times / minute, every 5 seconds blowing. The normal adult respiratory rate is 12-16 times/minute.
Step 7: External chest cardiac compressions
Compression site: the middle of the chest at the level of the two breast connection.
  Compression method.
① rescuer with one hand middle finger along the casualty side of the rib arch upward slide
The middle finger of one hand slides upward to the junction of the rib arch on both sides, the index finger and middle finger are arranged together, and the palm root of the other hand is placed close to the index finger on the chest of the patient.
②The rescuer’s palms overlap in the same direction, the ten fingers are interlocked, the palms are cocked, the fingers leave the chest wall, the arms are straight, the upper body is leaning forward, the hip joint is the fulcrum, the vertical downward, forceful, rhythmic compression 30 times.
③ equal time of pressure and relaxation, the depth of pressure 4-5 cm, relaxation to ensure that the chest wall is completely reset, the frequency of pressure 100 times / min. Positive adult pulse 60-100 times per minute.
Important: The ratio of compressions to ventilation is 30:2. After doing 5 cycles, you can observe the breathing and pulse of the casualty.
