Routine blood tests to check for pale skin mucous membranes

Pallor of the skin and mucous membranes is commonly caused by anemia, and after major blood loss, indicating insufficient blood volume and reduced hemoglobin. According to TCM, this is a sign of poor constitution. In addition, such as haemorrhage and shock cause strong capillary constriction. It is caused by capillary spasm or insufficient filling of blood in the skin, as well as a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin in the blood (anemia), and can be seen in cold, panic, deficiency, as well as incomplete closure of the aortic valve, anemia, and bleeding of internal organs. In addition, strong capillary constriction due to hemorrhage, shock, hypothyroidism, chronic nephritis, lead poisoning, etc. can also cause pallor of the skin and mucous membranes. What are the tests for pale skin and mucous membranes? 1.Visible mucous membrane usually check the conjunctiva, lips, fingernails. 2.Blood pressure check: diastolic blood pressure is below 60 mmHg and systolic blood pressure is below 90 mmHg in case of shock. 3.Blood test: Red blood cells and hemoglobin are reduced in case of anemia. 4.Glucose examination: When hypoglycemic reaction occurs, blood sugar will be lower than the normal index. 5.Electrocardiogram examination: preliminary understanding of whether the symptoms are due to heart disease by electrocardiogram examination. 6.Comprehensive consideration of various examination results, combined with the clinical symptoms of various organ damage, and finally arrive at the corresponding diagnosis.
