Auxiliary examination 1. ultrasound examination: the presence of hypoechoic images; 2. blood routine: total leukocyte count above 10g/L and neutrophil ratio above 75%; 3. puncture: puncture is performed in the inflammatory area with the most obvious pressure pain or under ultrasound localization, and pus can be extracted. Therapeutic measures After abscess formation, the main therapeutic measure is timely drainage of the abscess. 1.Abscess with obvious superficial fluctuation: take the softest part and puncture and drain the abscess under local anesthesia; 2.abscess that cannot be drained by puncture: surgical incision and drainage under local anesthesia with lidocaine. Postoperative care 1. The breast on the affected side needs to be temporarily stopped from breastfeeding, but it needs to be emptied to keep the breast clear to help the condition recover; 2.
