Cold: below 10℃.
Humidity + cold: environment, work.
Physical: individual susceptibility, genetic susceptibility, poor peripheral blood circulation.
TCM: Cold and toxic qi, injury to the skin, congestion of blood.
Others such as secondary to chronic diseases.
Bad habits: lack of exercise, tight shoes and socks and pants; “want windiness not temperature”.
3.What should I do if I get frostbite?
It is not advisable to bake it with fire or put it in very hot water to soak! Soak in warm water or massage the frozen part frequently.
Topical ointments: Qingpeng ointment, Xylitol ointment, sodium heparin ointment, capsaicin ointment, etc. Honey lard ointment.
Blistered and ulcerated areas: Bactroban, erythromycin ointment, gentamycin ointment, neomycin ointment, rehabilitative new liquid, etc. Rehab New + topical ulcer dispersion.
Others: various and fancy. Ginger, *chili water, garlic, radish, etc., various homemade frostbite creams.
Oral vasodilators: nifedipine, diltiazem, niacin and niacinamide, compound rutin tablets, calcium tablets, hexoketone cocaine, etc.
Physical therapy: infrared and spectrum irradiation, etc.
Chinese herbal medicine: oral medicine (activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, warming and dispelling cold) proprietary Chinese medicine such as blood stasis and blood vessels capsule, anti-embolism and blood circulation tablet, blood plugging and blood sugaring tablet. Example of formula: 9g of Radix Codonopsis, 15g of Radix Astragali, 6g of Radix Aconiti (decoction first), 9g of Cinnamomum Cassia, 9g of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 9g of Salviae Miltiorrhizae, 6g of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. 6g of Radix Ginger and 6g of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae are added for significant cold symptoms, 9g of Peach kernel and 9g of Red Flower for significant blood stasis.
Example of Chinese herbal external cleansing: 20g each of cinnamon stick, safflower, Radix et Rhizoma, thornbush and perilla leaf, add 3000ml of water, boil and use when warm. Soak the affected area 1-2 times a day for 30 minutes each time.

4.How to prevent frostbite?
” Three preventions”: prevention of cold: to temperature not windiness; prevention of humidity; prevention of static.
Improve the adaptability to cold: insist on cold water washing, bathing and winter swimming. From the summer, daily soak hands and feet in cold water, once in the morning and once in the evening, and gradually extend the time of soaking until half an hour. And can add ice to gradually reduce the temperature of the water. Temperature difference water soaking method: take a basin of 10-15 degrees Celsius water and a basin of 37-45 degrees Celsius water, first soak hands and feet in low-temperature water for 5 minutes, and then soak in high-temperature water for 5 minutes, repeated 3 times. Persistence is the only way to see results. Strengthen physical exercise: In particular, strengthen hand and foot exercise, activities of the hands and feet of each small joint, once in the morning and once in the evening. Play the piano. Self-massage, once in the morning and once in the evening, for half an hour each time. Massage the face and ears, rub your hands together and rub your hands and feet together.
