What are the effects of a posterior uterus?

Mild retroversion of the uterus usually has no effect. Severe retroversion of the uterus may cause patients to suffer from dysmenorrhoea, abnormal menstruation, back pain, lumbago, constipation, difficulty in defecation, infertility, etc.
