  In fact, it is not necessarily related to wealth or disaster, but is mainly an eye disease caused by the involuntary jumping of the orbicularis muscle of the eyelid. This disease occurs in adults and can occur in either the upper or lower lid, but is more common in the upper lid. It can occur in either the upper or lower lid, but is more common in the upper lid.   1, blood deficiency wind evidence
  Features: eyelid fluttering, or twitching involving the face and corners of the mouth, dizziness, less color; light red tongue with thin coating, thin string pulse.
  Medication
  (1) Red bean and jujube porridge: 50 grams of red beans, 15 jujubes, 50 grams of millet (or rice)
  Red beans, jujube, millet (or rice) boiled with water at the same time into a porridge, served warm.
  (2) Siwu Tang: Chuanxiong 5 grams, Angelica 5 grams, Shu Di 5 grams, Bai Shao 10 grams, Huang Qi 5 grams
  Soak the above five medicines for 40 minutes and then decoct them into 300ml. 100ml should be taken warmly in the morning and evening every day. In addition, take 100ml of the medicine juice to 100ml of hot water and apply hot compresses to the eyelids of the affected eyes with a clean towel at a temperature slightly higher than the skin temperature without burning, for 15-30 minutes each time repeatedly, 1-2 times a day.
  2. Heart and spleen deficiency
  Characteristics: Eyelid fluttering, sparingly and frequently, aggravated by exertion or insomnia, accompanied by distress and poor sleep, forgetfulness, little food and body fatigue, light tongue with little coating and weak pulse.
  Medicinal diet
  (1) Heart porridge: 10 grams of jujube, 10 grams of longan meat, 30 grams of red beans, 10 grams of Chinese yam (100 grams of fresh), 70 grams of rice
  Put all the above ingredients into a pot or casserole, add water to soak and slowly simmer to make a porridge, serve hot.
  (2) Qi tonic and tranquilizing soup: 40 grams of five-finger peach, 10 grams of longan meat, 10 grams of sour dates, 10 grams of salvia, 250 grams of pork bones
  Add cold water and the above herbs and a few slices of ginger, first boil on high heat, then change to low heat, slow boil for 1 hour, then drink the soup.

  Apply hot compresses to the affected eyes as soon as possible after the disease. If it is too late to boil the above herbs, you can first use hot towels or hot eggs to apply hot compresses, the earlier the better the effect. Also pay attention to rest and try not to stay up late.
