How to recover from hemiplegia after cerebral infarction?

The patient should be transferred to a regular rehabilitation department for a series of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and training as soon as possible, and rehabilitation should be intervened as early as possible. Different rehabilitation training treatment should be carried out according to different periods. The soft paralysis period is mainly to restore and improve muscle tone and induce active movement of the limbs; the spasticity period is mainly to control muscle spasm and abnormal movement patterns; furthermore, the main purpose is to give the patient the opportunity to experience normal muscle tone, posture and movement through a series of rehabilitation training, and to promote the learning of coordinated movement of multiple muscle groups. Only acupuncture is not enough, but also good posture placement in bed, passive joint activities, limb massage, biofeedback therapy, neuromuscular electrical facilitation therapy, ultrasound therapy for brain lesions, and more importantly, comprehensive training for hemiplegia, occupational therapy and other professional rehabilitation training. Rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients is a comprehensive system project. You should not expect that a special method can make him recover immediately, and it takes time, sweat and, of course, financial support. As for “whether the left leg can still stand and walk”, a detailed rehabilitation assessment is needed to determine this, and each patient’s situation is different. Generally speaking, the recovery of motor function of stroke hemiplegic patients starts a few days after the onset of stroke, and the maximum recovery can be achieved within 1 to 3 months. Therefore, the prime time for rehabilitation training is within 3 months after the onset of stroke, so do not miss it.
