How to do fat reduction and shaping?

With the passage of time, it is not only age that grows, but also body fat. We all have a common sentiment, after the age of fat distribution often does not shift with the will of the person, the abdomen, waist, hips …… inadvertently bulge up, no longer like when you are young, with nutrition fat and thin in the face, which brings a very nasty situation, “plump The “waist and abdomen” makes the fashionable cut also become “earthy and round”. Adults shaping a good figure by dieting and exercising is mostly seen in inspirational legends. Dieting and exercise is a long and exhausting process, and as mundane men and women are busy with work and socializing, they don’t have the fortitude or energy. “Liposuction is the only way to solve this problem, but not everyone can be determined to perform this surgery with a small incision and big trauma (fat aspiration area), so is there a second best solution? With the development of science and technology, new technologies and instruments have been developed and utilized to achieve the pursuit of beauty and health through non-invasive methods has become a reality. At present, non-invasive fat reduction and shaping techniques represented by light, electricity and sound technologies have been clinically applied and have shown good results. These technologies work in three ways: 1) transmitting the amount to the adipose tissue through the skin to increase the local metabolic rate and increase the discharge of triglycerides from the adipose cells; 2) causing the rupture and perforation of the adipose cell membrane to release the cytoplasmic triglycerides; 3) causing the apoptosis of the adipose cells; 4) reducing the number of adipose cells, which will naturally achieve the purpose of fat reduction and shaping when the adipose cells become smaller or less. The purpose of fat reduction and shaping will be achieved naturally. At present, according to the type of energy acting on fat cells, there are generally four main categories: 1, radiofrequency instruments; 2, high-frequency focused ultrasound instruments; 3, freezing instruments; 4, low-level laser instruments. Radiofrequency mainly works by promoting fat metabolism, but some radiofrequency techniques can also promote fat cell apoptosis to achieve long-term fat reduction. Focused ultrasound has rapidly become famous in the Chinese market since 2014, and businesses have taken the name ultrasound knife in order to characterize its efficacy indeed. In fact, it is not the same thing as an ultrasound knife, which is traditionally used for surgical cutting. It does not have a cutting function, only a more guaranteed penetration depth compared to radio frequency, which can reach deep into the muscle layer. At the same time, ultrasound has a mechanical effect along with the thermal effect, thus ultrasound not only promotes fat metabolism, but also promotes fat cell death to a certain extent, so its treatment is more effective and the effect can be maintained for a long time. Cryopreservation takes advantage of the fact that fat cells are more sensitive to low temperature, and gives a temperature lower than body temperature and higher than freezing point, so that the apoptosis of fat cells, local inflammatory response is initiated, and eventually fat cells are engulfed and digested by macrophages and other cells. Low-level laser treatment, on the other hand, can cause fat cell membrane rupture fat release, and its range of action is small and commonly used for facial micro-sculpting. Non-invasive or minimally invasive techniques show progressive changes in the tissue after treatment. Low treatment risk and no downtime are the main advantages of this treatment, which is more suitable for patients without surgical conditions (relatively young not yet indicated for surgery, or with contraindications to surgery, or other conditions that limit surgery). However, we need to recognize that physical techniques such as light, electricity and sound, which are useful supplements to surgery, cannot yet completely replace surgery. The clinical situation requires the integrated application of various tools and individualized programs to obtain better results.
