Dietary contraindications for mastocytosis

Mastocytosis is the most common benign breast disease in clinical practice. Patients with this condition should be careful to avoid eating large amounts of stimulating, high energy, fatty and high sodium foods. Foods that are highly irritating include leeks, garlic, onion heads and fennel; foods that are high in energy include butter and almonds; foods that are high in fat include fatty meats, black sesame seeds, pine nuts and cashew nuts; and foods that are rich in sodium include clams and dried nori.
It is important to note that although dietary modification can have a positive effect on disease control, it is not a complete substitute for treatment. If you notice any abnormalities in your breasts in your daily life, it is advisable to actively seek medical advice, and your doctor will formulate an appropriate treatment plan and give reasonable dietary advice according to your actual situation.
