Dietary recommendations for mastocytosis

Mastocytosis is the most common benign breast disease in clinical practice. Patients with this condition are advised to eat a diet low in fat, high in vitamins and high in dietary fibre. You can increase your intake of green beans, mushrooms, chicken, carrots, tomatoes, eggs, cabbage and kiwi in moderation. Eat more coarse and mixed grains such as corn and whole grains.
It is important to note that daily dietary regimens can have a positive effect on disease control, but they are not a complete substitute for treatment and may vary from patient to patient. Your doctor will be able to formulate an appropriate treatment plan and give you sound dietary advice based on your actual condition.
